As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I apply evidence-based strategies to improve your movement quality, enhance neuromuscular efficiency, and build total-body strength through a personalized program designed in the NASM Optimum Performance Training™ (OPT™) model.

1. Health, Posture, Movement & Performance Assessments
A comprehensive evaluation to establish a fitness baseline and identify imbalances, mobility restrictions, and compensation patterns. This informs every aspect of your training plan.
2. Customized Training Plan
Based on your goals, fitness level, and assessment results, you’ll receive a progressive, goal-oriented plan that targets stabilization, strength, and power.
3. One-on-One Personal Training
Work directly with me in private sessions tailored to your goals. I guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form, technique, and intensity.

Includes full assessment + 1 personal training session. Perfect for getting started. - Single Session – $40/hour
